the classes in her beautiful home which is equipped with two
kitchen work stations. The recipes, created by Viviane herself,

range from the food savvy to the novice and everyone has a chance

Tasting what comes out of Viviane's
kitchen one cannot help but feel that the best produce in
the farmers market—that spiffy bunch of arugula, that
red-golden peach, that knobby celeriac and that little basket
of zucchini—tried to catch her eye as she passed. In
produce-land, it must be equivalent to going to paradise to
end up in her creative hands. But she doesn't just make food

I have taken many of Viviane's cooking
classes over the last year, because Viviane is so effervescent
and inspiring in combining food and wine selections—the
flavors literally explode in your mouth! Simply put, the classes
are just outright addictively fun. Believe me, for the evening
spent with Viviane, you would spend just as much money to
get a distant second rate meal in a restaurant and still have
to take your significant other to a movie, play, etc. At Viviane's,

to eat what you cook with exceptional hand-picked wines by
